1. How do I schedule a video shoot?

Just fill out our online form, then one of our representatives will reach out to find the best time and date for you and your team.

2. What if I need to reschedule?

We understand rescheduling needs. We do ask; however, that you give our team 24 hours’ notice of any schedule change. Any scheduling change made the day of the shoot will result in a $225 reschedule fee.

3. How do I prepare?

Our team will send a list of questions as well as a short sample script well before the day of the video shoot. Reviewing this material prior to the video shoot is certainly helpful. Our videographers are trained in asking the right questions that prompt the responses that reflect well on camera. Our team is happy to help with scripting as well as rehearsing if needed.

4. Do you provide a teleprompter?

We can provide a teleprompter if notified in advance.

5. Do you provide drone footage?

Yes, most of our videographers are experienced drone pilots. Please let us know in advance if you would like drone footage included in your shoot.

6. Do you provide voiceovers?

Yes, we do offer voiceover services if needed.

7. Can I shoot at multiple locations?

Yes, you may decide to film in multiple locations depending on level of video package and timing constraints.

8. What type of equipment will be used during the shoot?

Our videographers use professional sound and lighting. Lapel mics are typically worn during filming.

9. How long does it take to receive the video after the day of the shoot?

Your edited video will be delivered to you 2 weeks or earlier from the day of the shoot.

10. I would like to make changes to my video, can I do this?

Yes, our team is happy to make changes to your video. The first 3 change requests are included in your package price.

11. Can I make more than one video? 

Depending on your package, you may film as many videos as you would like in your allotted time. 

12. What should I wear?

We suggest having a couple of changes of clothing the day of the shoot. After viewing the initial footage with the videographer, you may decide on a different color shirt, tie, etc.

13. I am nervous about the video shoot. Is this normal?

Yes, it is perfectly normal to be nervous about the video shoot! Our trained videographers will put you at ease and ensure your video shoot is fun and comfortable.

14. How long should my video be?

It depends on how you intend to use your video. We recommend a 15-second, 50-second, and 60-second version if you plan on using your video for digital marketing. We're happy to talk through your needs with you to help you make the best decision on video length for your given needs. 

15. Can you provide a spokesperson?

Yes, we can provide a spokesperson at an additional cost.

16. Can you help me market my video to potential clients?

Yes, we have a sister company that provides marketing services. With over 5000 clients and an A+ Better Business Bureau rating, our sister company is glad to help out with any marketing needs. Just ask, and we'll put you in touch!

17. What if I hate my video?

We will bend over backwards to make you happy. We achieve customer satisfaction 99.9% of the time. For the small percentage we cannot satisfy, we usually issue refunds at some percent that is satisfactory to both parties. In short, we make a deal.
